American Barns are increasingly popular as they provide an ideal solution to many aspects of horse care in both winter and summer.
Grooming, mucking out, tacking up, farriery and a hundred other "horsey" jobs - all done in the comfort of a large and airy American barn fitted out with internal stables
No compromise on VENTILATION - achieved through the flow of air through both eaves, the onduline ridge and multiple louvres in the gable ends and top opening doors/windows to the rear of each box.
We can help you plan your American barn to utilise the space for the maximum benefit for feed hay store, tack rooms stables etc all under one roof. All tack rooms in American Barns have a ceiling for added security.
We will send you an initial base plan showing the design for maximum benefit once this has been approved elevation drawings will be produced for submission with your planning application. As all our buildings are built to order, sizes can be modified to suit.
We will liase closely with your builder giving base drawing and specification for the base requirements and any issues regarding drainage etc.
Additional talk grilles can be put into the internal partitions and anti weave grills are an additional extra which can be fitted to either front or back doors.
A clear roof panel is situation over each loose box for natural light. Guttering is included to both sides of the American Barn with outlets positioned to suit your site.
Although the loose boxes are fully lined in 15 OSB we offer the option of an
additional 6mm Stokbord kick board to 1.2m high. We would recommend that
wash down areas in American Barns be fully lined in 6mm Stokbord to offer water protection.
All our American Barns come complete with top stable doors for added ventilation and additional views for your horses.
All our prices include supply; delivery and assembly onto your prepared site so the price you see is the price you pay there are no hidden extras. The erection of the building on site will be undertaken by our dedicated and experienced staff normally taking 3 to 5 days depending on the size of the project.
Once our team has finished on site your can arranged for any electrics and plumbing you may require.
