Unit sizes eg. Dimensions of a 6 box unit of 3m x 3.65m would be 9m x 10.35m. Each additional bay of 2 - 3 x 3.65m would add 3m giving a total dimension of 12 x 10.35m. Dimensions of a 6 box unit of 3.6 x 3.65 would be 10.8 x 10.35m. Each additional bay of 2 - 3.6m x 3.65m would add 3.6m giving a total dimension of 14.4m x 3.65m

| Internal Loose Boxes |
Outside walls and partitions: Fully lined to eaves height in 15mm OSB sterling board. Galvanised talk grilles and heavy duty kickboards as an optional extra. Each box has rear opening top door or window for added light and ventilation. |
| Fronts |
Tongue and groove clad (as outside walls) lined to 1.2m high in 15mm OSB sterling board with galvanised grilles above 1.2m high. Lower stable doors fully lined, framed, ledged and braced to give 60mm thick doors fitted with galvanised chew strips, padbolts and kick over latches. The upper stable doorframe is protected with galvanised chew strips. |
| Ventilation |
Via a continuous gap under the roof eaves and with multiple louvres in the gable ends. Opening doors/windows to each box in the outside wall and large doors in each end of the building. |
| Roof |
75mm x 50mm rafters at 0.6m centres supported on partitions and purlins and fully decked in sterling board. The roof is then covered with Onduline sheeting to provide a double skin roof free from condensation and providing good thermal and noise insulation. A roof light is situated over each box. As an optional extra we can fully insulate the roof with 80mm mineral insulation. Gutters and down pipes to both sides. |
| Doors |
Sliding doors in one gable end and a personnel door in the other gable end. |
| Treatment |
All exterior timbers and base rails are Vac-Vac® treated to give a 20 year guarantee against insect attack and fungal decay and are maintenance free. |
| Finish |
All external timbers are pressure sprayed with "Procol" giving the building a decorative finish in dark oak, as required by most planning authorities. |
| Assembly |
All assembly work is included in the prices onto the customers prepared base. All site fixings and holding down straps are included. . |

American Barns are excellent at keeping everything under the one roof. During hot summer months its unique design will facilitate cool breezes circulate through the building, and at the other extreme will be totally warm and dry during the winter. |

All prices quoted include assembly on site. National delivery is free on minimum orders of three boxes onto sites with vehicular access. All other orders are delivered free within 100 miles onto sites with vehicular access, after which mileage will be charged at £2.00 per mile.
Additional charges will be made for inaccessible sites. All charges are exclusive of VAT.
SELF-ASSEMBLY UNITS
We are now able to offer customers the opportunity to make a substantial saving on their stable complex by assembling the units themselves. This offer applies only to the Standard and Premier range and does not include corner boxes or mobile stables. To calculate the cost ex-works please deduct 20% off the list prices. Full instructions will be supplied with the units.
