Regarding planning. In around 90% of cases planning approval will be required for your new american barn, although sometimes you can build stables in your garden without it and in many areas of the country, you can erect mobile buildings without requiring planning approval.
We recommend considering discussing things with an equestrian planning consultant or equestrian architect about any potential planning issues.
Equestrian Design are a specialist equestrian planning consultants that we recommend to our customers. They are based in Cheshire, they cover all of the country and have an excellent track record of successful applications.
